Description

Brooks Falls in September when it is not as busy for the people or the bears
At this time of the year, most of the bears are farther down the Brooks River, so these two bears had the falls to themselves. Although I didn't know it at the time of the shooting, I found out later that the bear with the fish was the infamous Chunk, the winner of the Fat Bear Contest this year. You can tell by the scar on his face on the close-ups I took.
